Honestly, I'm getting sick of looking at the old entry, so thought I'd post a new one, and well posting the good old to do list wouldn't hurt here, because it would give an idea of why things are so far behind.

This is pretty much what I need to get done before November 1st, and this doesn't include the joyous real life bit of hunting for a job. But all this either has a deadline before November 1st, or I need it to not be a distraction for that month since I should be writing and nothing else (though we all know that won't be the case).

1. Finish edits for chapter 34 (ETA: done as of 6:25am 9/29)
2. Finish edits for darkangel_6's two chapters
3. Finish the 5 remaining entries for K'Arthur's contest, am open to suggestions here, see below
4. Finish cleaning La Preuve, 32 pages remain to be cleaned, only 20 are typesetted. I will be so happy once I finish this one finally.
5. Finish a coloring for a charity auction (it's a gorgeous piece of art too, not my usual style to color though)
6. Finish a journal for above said charity auction
7. Finish chapter 4 of Wanderlust, which is about the only thing I can put off until after November really, though I shouldn't do that.

As far as #3 goes, I'm so clueless. Basically this year there are 5 themes and if you finish all 5 you can do an author's choice. I have one finished already for the theme of happiness, and should post that one here and to ff.net already. The remaining themes are consequence, innocence, mirage/dreams, and balance. Though there are many fandoms I can choose from, only ones I know on the listing are Tales of the Abyss and Phoenix Wright (first three games, so I can't use Kristoph)

Of course, they are open to interpretation. My happiness one was actually slightly depressing. I have a potential idea for one of them, but it keeps ending up as a massive failure either due to my attempt to draw, or the sheer horror of the pairing involved, though perfect for the mirage theme.

So feel free to make suggestions on things that would fit these themes that I should consider writing. I'd love ideas.

And for the readers of my AU fic, the good news is that it will be my NaNo piece again, because I swore to myself I wouldn't start anything new until I finished one of my two ongoing fics. Last year NaNo netted me 6 chapters, so expect a good number of updates then. Though even without NaNo, I was hoping the next plot would give me updates faster.
